Would you like me to tell you a Bedtime Story?
Once a month, for my five dollar and up Patrons, I find obscure Japanese folktales that I translate, retell/reimagine, and then record with cool background music. Some are funny, some are creepy, and some are just weird.
Here’s the PG-version of the folktale “The Melon Princess and the Heavenly Demon”. The little less happy-ending and a little more flay-y version was given to my Patrons.
